Qualitative research, interviewing 20 senior and executive members of three Higher Education Institutions, using content analysis, was undertaken to explore their perceptions of the Higher Education Policies with regard to Student Development and Support. The cognitive measures used were the Attentional Networks Test, and the AOSPAN an automated test measuring working memory capacity. They were then randomly assigned to three experimental groups and one control group.
